Virion Apparel uses a print-on-demand fulfillment model. This means each product is made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners after a purchase is placed.
We work with Printful (www.printful.com) to ensure product quality, availability, and geographic coverage.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order. Typical production times:
• 2–7 business days (may vary depending on product and fulfillment partner)
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. During peak periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After production is completed, orders are shipped. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Europe: 3–10 business days
• International: 5–20 business days
To give you a clearer picture of total expected wait times from order to delivery:
• Europe: approximately 5–17 business days
• International: approximately 7–27 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Fulfillment Partners
Your order will be fulfilled by:
• Printful
The selection of fulfillment partner is automatically determined based on product type, print method, stock availability, and delivery destination. This ensures the most efficient production and shipping route for each order.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries supported by our fulfillment partners. Available shipping destinations are ultimately determined by Printful logistics coverage. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
• Delivery destination
• Product type
• Fulfillment partner
• Number of items in the order
We do not control carrier pricing directly, as shipments are handled by third-party fulfillment providers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates are provided by the relevant carrier and fulfillment partner.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Virion Apparel cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, where applicable.
To initiate a return or withdrawal, please contact us within this period at contact@virionapparel.com. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Delays and Issues
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• Customs processing
• Carrier disruptions
• Peak seasonal demand
• Production delays at fulfillment facilities
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the fulfillment provider.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue. We will always aim to make it right, either through a replacement or full refund at our discretion following carrier investigation.
