Refund & Return Policy

At Virion Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with applicable European Union and Danish consumer protection laws.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

You must then return the item within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unused, and unwashed,

  • be in their original condition,

  • include original tags where applicable,

  • be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible,

  • include proof of purchase or order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product as you would in a physical retail store.

Items returned without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • the item arrived damaged,

  • the item is defective,

  • or the wrong item was received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and clear photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • a replacement item,

  • a refund,

  • or another appropriate resolution.

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned before processing a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or otherwise required by law:

  • gift cards,

  • downloadable digital products,

  • items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery,

  • items returned in unsanitary condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after:

  • we receive the returned item, or

  • you provide proof that the item has been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
